CLS

In October, 2018 we entered into a collaborative license and co-development agreement with Clinical Laserthermia Systems (CLS) to provide next-generation navigation and laser ablation platforms for use in Spine and Neurosurgery. We also initiated an exclusive distribution agreement with CLS for the United States for its Tranberg product line for high precision ablation including interventional MR-guided procedures.

Siemens

In March 2019 we announced a collaborative agreement with Siemens Healthineers for the integration of the ‘Access-I’ software solution available on the Magnetom family of scanners worldwide with MRI Interventions’ ClearPoint® Neuro Navigation System. This advanced level of access and compatibility will facilitate faster pre-planning and peri-procedural data transfer to and from the ClearPoint System for use in both navigation and therapy procedures. Access-I is a commercial software from Siemens Healthineers that is fully compatible with Siemens’ Magnetom Scanner portfolio and allows third-party device integration through interactive remote control and data access procedures and protocols.

PTC

In May 2019 we entered into a supply agreement for our neurosurgical devices supporting PTC’s current and future gene therapy programs including for AADC Deficiency, Friedreich’s Ataxia and Angelman Syndrome.
